A Response To Allegations Nov 2024

I want to set the record straight about a few things.

1 SnakeAppleTree did not censor anybody form the SL Writers Project. SWoodham has made allegations that he did. Her decision to libel him on this point came after he attempted to hold her accountable for hypocrisy of her using intimidation technique to censor which writers and therefore whose work she allowed into the project. She explained she justifies this on the basis of it being ‘potentially offensive’. SnakeAppleTree responded by stating: it must be ‘One Rule For All’ in which case, SWoodham having already rejected work on the basis of ‘potentially offensive’ would necessarily have to review all of the other works which she had passed, by the same criteria. At this time SnakeAppleTree identified; 1) anything and everything is potentially offensive to somebody. Therefore, more specific criteria are required, both case-by-case and holistically, in the interest of fairness. SnakeAppleTree suggested some criteria for discussion. 2) Some of the other stories are also potentially offensive to different demographics. SnakeAppleTree suggested the possibility of creating two products, one ‘Safe For Work’ and one for ‘Adults After Dark’.

At that time, SWoodham did not discuss with SnakeAppleTree either what criteria would be universally ‘fair’ as far as a ‘One Rule For All’ approach, neither did she discuss what his concern was about the other stories in the collection, now that she had invoked the concept of censoring ‘potentially offensive’ material. She rejected the idea of streamlining entires into two publications. Then, she launched into an offensive on a topic he had not mentioned. SWoodham and SnakeAppleTree have never, not once, discussed the topic of abortions. She projected a heavy dose of her opinion at him along with accusations and anger, in an attempt to put him on defensive. This included telling him what his opinion is and why she thinks he is wrong for it. SnakeAppleTree simply refused to engage on the basis she was being too confrontational, aggressive and dominating, and that her monologue which included multiple points, was too complex to go into in one response. Her onslaught lasted for a several weeks.

You do not get to tell other people what their opinion is. That is something other people get to tell you. That is how it works.

What SWoodham has been telling people including SnakeAppleTree himself about SnakeAppleTree is not his opinion. She is using a straw man argument to justify anger toward him, for something he did not say. She is working on an assumption. SnakeAppleTree asserts that he is not here for that.

SnakeAppleTree did at one point use the phrase ‘counter-cultural fiction’ with reference to the content of the SL Writers Project collection. Much of it is within that banner. You only have to read the book to recognise it coming from at least one third of the authors in there. He did not, as SWoodham has repeatedly alleged, describe abortions as countercultural fiction. SnakeAppleTree has never mentioned his opinion on that topic to SWoodham. Regardless, SWoodham has blogged about him doing this and has posted onto her Twitter feed about him doing this. It is misinformation, legally it is a form of libel and character assassination. Her anger is very evident. To repeat: SnakeAppleTree and SWoodham have NEVER discussed the topic of abortion. All of that is coming from her. SnakeAppleTree has suggested she is unable to see with clarity to communicate reasonably because of her cognitive bias.

4 SnakeAppleTree’s opinion on Abortion is this:

“My body, my choice” applies to every person with a body, of any age.

Snakeappletree believes that when he grows a womb he will have a valid opinion on the topic, an opinion which will relate only to the womb of SnakeAppleTree and not to anybody else’s womb. Until then, it is irrelevant whatever his opinion is, given that he is biologically male regardless of whatever gender he or anyone else identifies him as. SnakeAppleTree believes this opinion is common sense.

On the basis of her ongoing hostility which included libel, stalking, harassment on multiple occasions, she has been removed from the position of responsibility of working on the SL Writers Project, on the basis she was manipulating people through it and making targeted attacks of SnakeAppleTree who invented and paid for the project. The public response to witnessing her ongoing activities includes she has been banned from two sims of SecondLife.

SnakeAppleTree identifies the antisocial behaviour of SWoodham to be somewhere on the bipolar spectrum. Certainly her personality and violent mood swings occurred at the time when her preferred party lost the US General elections. SnakeAppleTree believes it has negatively affected her. He has always refused to discuss international politics with SWoodham on the basis he cannot do much about it given he is a citizen of Britain. SWoodham is a citizen of Germany. SnakeAppleTree states his politics are Humanitarian. He believes ‘red verses blue’ aka ‘us verses them’ is a tool of stateraft designed to segregate and conquer the population and to trap individuals and communities into ‘us verses them’ paranoid thinking. This is a symptom of the sickness of the Western mindset. The illusion of choice is like asking a farmyard animal through which door it wishes to enter the slaughterhouse.
