This is a response to @Discord Forum Staff 2025.1.9
Sylvia Woodham has finally replied to the forum staff asking her the very simple question. It’s taken since November last year to get this information from her. She still did not give a black and white Yes/No answer. She has taken the stance that being asked about this is obsession and harassment.
They are both giving different information as to whether he is still involved in her project. They can not both be correct. It appears if Lawrence Dagstine is telling the truth then Sylvia is lying about that too.
As far as I am concerned the situation is still as my legal advisor has stated; until she publishes and we can see what she has included in her anthology, we do not know if there is a case to be made regarding that.
The harassment and libel campaign she has been making against me since early November stands given the evidence I presented. I have not made all of that available online at this time due to it being potentially evidence for the court.
It was decided on an ‘all or nothing’ approach. If she publishes stories from the SL Writers Project illegally, the evidence of her intimidation and libel will be presented as a part of that case, or not at all.
Although it does depend if she continues defaming me by telling people I am stalking, harassing and trolling her in the future.
My intention is simply to;
1 protect the SL Project writers who have contacted me because they are concerned about her having made a public statement on her website that she intends to publish their work without their consent, and
2 clear my name from all her defamatory allegations. See my other blog posts (example: here) where I answer to and debunk ALL of the allegations I know about.
